I’m an aspiring philosopher, writer, and maker currently pursuing a masters in Brooklyn. I study creativity–what it is, how it works, weather it can be learned, and much more. In a word, I’m curious.
I recently graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program, and I’m driven in building a skillset which combines my passion in sustainability, finance, and retail. My interests include green energy finance, yoga and processes.

In my free time, I knit, read mystery novels, and daydream about attending the Met Gala.
Mimi Allen is a recent graduate of Newcastle University, from which she gained a BSc in Psychology, with a focus on behavioural and sports psychology. Her work journey started in the events space with a sales and marketing role, from which she progressed into operations, where she established a track record for implementing efficient and effective processes and procedures. Currently an assistant ops manager for an iconic heritage food brand, Mimi wears many hats that leverage her operations skills and previous brand management experience. An avid swimmer, rider and boxer, she has boxed in two charity fight nights and aims to compete in the Gobi Gallop by the time she is thirty.
I am a third year at the University of Pennsylvania, studying Business with a concentration in Marketing and Operations Management. I’m passionate about retail and marketing and a 2024 Fashion Scholarship Fund Scholar. I’m also a research assistant for the Wharton Marketing Department, and a student worker at the Baker Retailing Center. In my free time I love to read and do all kinds of crafty hobbies, from bookbinding to jewelry-making.
I’m a passionate advocate for the power of storytelling and branding. With a skill set in brand development, marketing strategy, and impactful storytelling learned from collaborating with established fashion executives and burgeoning Black-owned brands with RAISEfashion, I have gone on to work with brands like Theory and Helmut Lang. I am continuing my commitment to authenticity, diversity, and the fusion of creativity and strategy as an Integrated Marketing Coordinator at Theory.
I am originally from Miami and interested in sustainable development and fashion, as well as how ESG-related investments are becoming more appealing across Wall Street. Some fashion trends I am currently intrigued by are linens and cargo pants, as well as wide-legged pants and subtle but high-end clothing. I plan to work somewhere that makes investments in tech that reduces global climate change, specifically within retail. Outside of school, I enjoy snowboarding and working out.

Fatmata Camara is an enthusiastic retail professional and student with a deep passion for integrating AI strategy within the fashion industry. Born in Cape Verde and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, she is an African immigrant and proud queer woman who thrives at the intersection of multiple cultures and identities. As a junior at LIM College studying fashion merchandising, her academic pursuits and professional endeavors reflect her commitment to innovation, diversity, and excellence in the fashion world.
After completing his degree in business and marketing, Jake moved to France and learned about the world of fine wine. He came to understand the intricacies behind winemaking, as well as how to market and distribute it. Jake now works for a leading wine merchant, Corney & Barrow, learning from producers around the world.
I am an account coordinator at team amazon assisting with all Amazon retail and Amazon grocery announcements and press integrations. My background as a broadcast journalism major at University of Miami has led me to hone in on consumer news trends and set my clients up for success based on what I see coverage on in the media.
I am a Junior at Pace University studying Business Management with a Fashion Marketing minor. I am originally from Miami Florida, and moved to New York for college. Being in NYC and pursuing a career in fashion has always been my passion and I am extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to work on various projects during my academic journey, including working as a fashion showroom production Intern assisting Bella Banos with her brand BadVintage NYC. I successfully managed the social media account to recruit celebrity endorsements and grow consumer relations, as well as sample trafficking and analyzing financial and operational results to understand the company’s performance better.

Richard Fung is a third year student studying Arts & Media Management and Media Studies at the University of Toronto. He has experiences within the fashion product development field and performance marketing. He is currently the Director of Media for the University of Toronto Aerospace Team. His favorite pastimes include cooking and playing music.
Lavinia is a 2022 New York University – Leonard N. Stern graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Political Economy and a minor in Chinese. She is currently a project manager at 7th Avenue, a modular sofa startup where she opens and manages all of the company’s showroom locations. Lavinia has previously worked at Fanatics, Uber, and SVB as well as startups in South Africa and China.
