I’m currently a senior at Colby College, majoring in Psychology and Economics. I am also captain of the women’s tennis team at Colby. After interning at SHAKTI VC firm last summer, I have discovered my passion for working with young entrepreneurs and discussing current and future Gen Z trends specifically those involving sustainability.
I’m Bryce, a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania, originally from Colorado, studying finance and international studies. I have always been interested in macroeconomics. With innovations like ChatGPT, I have become fascinated in looking to how AI will transform the economy – particularly with how it will impact workforce economics. I am excited to be a part of The Z Suite to extend this curiosity.
I am based in Austin, Texas. I was a division I softball pitcher and currently work in software sales. I help employers better understand the future of work, generation z and the multi-generational workforce.
I’m a cat-lover and interested in the latest trends in marketing and PR. I graduated from the Fashion Management MPS Program at Parsons and worked at Sisley Paris as a PR Intern. I love being in this industry that makes people feel fab and confident, and hoping to contribute to this wonderful industry as a communication pro! Language learning is also one of my biggest interests and Korean is my focus now.
I’m a junior at Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business, majoring in Marketing. I am the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Really Magazine. Really is a gen-z, New York based fashion and lifestyle print magazine which celebrates creative innovation in today’s youth. Outside of Really, I am a Marketing Scholars candidate and a team member of Fordham’s chapter of Consult Your Community, where I ideate ways to connect students with local businesses.
I am focused on building a career around modernizing the fashion industry through ethics, innovation, and inclusivity. Skilled in merchandising, menswear, and consumer trends, I am passionate about working alongside companies to implement sustainable sourcing and ethical practices from a corporate level. I work in product strategy, consulting, and trend analysis with a goal of creating new efficiencies and innovations in the fashion industry.
I am a Senior at the NYU Stern School of Business, concentrating in Management and Organizations, and minoring in Middle Eastern Studies. For me, the most important consideration to a #GenZ shopper is whether or not a purchase adds value to their life. Does the purchase provide a good experience? Is it reflective of the purchaser’s values? Gen Z is thus far the most socially conscious demographic – businesses need to align with these values.
I am a student at the University of Pennsylvania studying Communications and Consumer Psychology. I have experience consulting for fashion companies on DEI, campaign strategy, and new product ideation. I am generally interested in using behavioral psychology to cultivate unique brand identity, employ creative marketing/campaign tactics, and create immersive event experiences. I am passionate about Gen Z and the future of work, and fostering inclusivity in fashion and beyond.
I’m a full time Sr. Design Project Manager in the Fintech space, with an immense passion for all things fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
I won the 2024 Chairman’s Award from the Fashion Scholarship Fund, earned a spot as a Top 5 Finalist in the 2023 NRF Foundation Next Generation Scholarship competition, and had my “Dream For Change” project celebrated among the Top 5 Most Inspiring projects worldwide at the 2023 UNESCO & Women@Dior Global Conference in Paris. I’m driven to use my growing knowledge of the retail and fashion industries as a platform for social change and empowerment.
I am Tyra Mitchell, a public relations assistant for BCG. I enjoy all things consumer behavior, pop culture, and marketing and have been featured in Forbes. Outside of the office, I spend my time traveling the world, exploring food from different cultures, and shopping at sample sales. My favorite hobbies include scrolling on book, wedding, and comedy TikTok. When I’m not on the app, I’m religiously reading the next big fantasy novel.
I am attending Susquehanna University and pursuing two bachelor degrees in Luxury Brand Marketing and Graphic Design. I describes myself as a “culture person”. I am fascinated by all things social media, fashion, and entertainment and often think about how these intersect and affect our daily lives. Upon graduating, I hope to break into the luxury fashion industry as a marketing professional.
I’m a junior at Cornell University studying Industrial and Labor Relations. I’m interested in how Gen Z is bringing change to the workplace, especially in the realms of DEI, sustainability, and work-life balance. In my personal life, I love fashion, dance, cooking, and learning languages.

I am a Colorado based freshman in high school with a passion for beauty and fashion. At only 15 years old, I am a published Author of the children’s book “Shadow Siblings”, and hold the role of President for my freshman class. I am also a member of her high school dance team, and in between my busy school schedule I frequently support brands as an online influencer.
I am a recent masters graduate from Polimoda in Italy studying Luxury Business. With a vast background in visual studies containing photography, styling, and clothing design; I now plan to combine all my skills to become a creative producer for a brand or an agency.
I studied Supply Chain and Marketing with a minor in Global Fashion Studies at Northeastern University, and currently live in San Diego, CA where I’m a Luxury Manager with The RealReal. I’ve been passionate about sustainability, particularly in the fashion industry, for several years through resale, off-price, circularity, rental, and other alternative retailing methods. I look forward to the future of fashion where sustainability can be primary and accessible to all, regardless of the form it takes.
I grew up in Jordan before moving to Atlanta for university; a double major in Neuroscience & Behavior, and Business. I am always curious why I and others behave the way we do and how we’re influenced by the world. I play soccer, squash, and the guitar and am a huge LEGO fan. Passionate about fashion and design, and grateful to be a part of the Z-Suite family!
I am a creative, analytical and business-oriented thought leader, a junior at the University of Pennsylvania who is fascinated by the intersections of creativity, data and people in luxury fashion and beauty. I have translated this passion into my work with Michael Kors, L’Oréal and Wharton’s Jay H. Baker Retailing Center, and aim to harness nine years of French language and culture studies in synergy with my business skills to advance my career in Paris.
Outside of the retail world, Fay is a figure skater, musician, broccoli enthusiast and DJs in her free time.
